Couple red flags I found:

This domain name was registered privately.

I didn't find any contact information.

No company name

Strange message at the bottom: "We reserve the right to not send a free sample for any reason whatsoever. One Sample Per Household. Do not request under different names or addresses."

In the privacy they say they may send you special offers and deals to your email (spam?)
