If you guys want an all natural cure for heartburnacid reflux (two symptoms of indigestion) use Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. I personally take a high quality digestive enzyme which is half the price of a bottle OTC. You guys aren't getting acid reflux when you take this because it reduces stomach acid wich means less burn but also less digestion and assimilation of nutrients.

@ daniel whats the high quality digestive enzyme you speak of i might be interested in it but i might try that apple cider vinger do you drink it straight or to you mix it in with food
