Super easy, and after you request your free sample, you are asked if you want to let any friends know about the offer (& they allow you to notify up to 5 people!) I've gotten samples from Kashi in the past, and the product was yummy, the package it was mailed in was cute, and it came with a high-value coupon too!

got the bar in the mail, kinda melted, didnt even taste good! no more kashi samples for me even if they are free.
